If your piece is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

Before sending anything back

Use our contact form with your order number and the reason for your request. Wait for return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send returns to an address on the shipping label unless we confirm it.

Return condition

Items must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with their original packaging and included accessories. Keep proof of purchase and use a trackable service for any approved return.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return. If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, contact us with details and photos so we can assess the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution without charging you for a verified fault.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
