Standard orders

Allow 1–3 business days for processing. Estimated transit time is 6–14 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, public holidays, customs, and carrier delays can affect delivery.

Product-specific exceptions

• The Gliding Manta Ray: ships from a US warehouse. Allow 1 business day for processing and an estimated 1–5 business days after dispatch for US delivery.
• The Ocean, in Relief: made to order. Allow 5–7 days before dispatch, followed by the standard transit estimate.

Shipping cost & tracking

Tracked shipping is free. Available destinations and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. You will receive tracking information when your order ships; allow time for the carrier’s first scan.

International orders

Customs duties and import charges, if applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs processing may add time.

Address changes & delivery concerns

Check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us promptly with your order number. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. If tracking shows a problem, contact us so we can help investigate.
